Join me for a morning of winefulness... Combining two loves, yoga and wine! Move through traditional yoga poses while mindfully sipping a variety of our favourite Canberra wines. 

Suited for all levels, including those who have never experienced yoga before.

All you need is an open mind, a yoga mat and a taste for wine. You'll get a tasting paddle with a variety of wines to enjoy during your yoga session.

9:45 arrival

10am - 11am Yoga
