I hear a lot of people say 'I can't do yoga, I'm not flexible enough'. Well I'm going to let you in on a secret... I'm not flexible either.
Yoga isn't about flexibility though. Flexibility is a byproduct of a consistent practice. So if I skip a few days, I can feel the tightness throughout my entire body.
So if you find that this is a narrative in your headspace just know that with a regular practice you will gain more flexibility and mobility🤸🏼♀️
(In other words, you can do yoga😉🙃)
