I provide a number of different yoga events and classes in Canberra. All classes are fun, friendly and a great way to get your body moving.

SUP Yoga - Lake Burley Griffin

Swap your mat for a stand up paddle (SUP) board with Canberra's only SUP yoga classes on Lake Burley Griffin!

With the same benefits of the ancient teachings of yoga, SUP yoga adds a greater challenge with a low impact workout that builds core strength and improves your focus to stay in the present moment (because if you zone out for a second you may fall in!). It's also a bit of a laugh and a good way to cool off!

Bend + Beers

Combining two things I love, yoga and beer! In our Bend + Beer sesh, we get bendy with traditional asanas (yoga poses) while knocking back a brew. We'll end the session with a thirst for more beer and a tour of the new Capital Brewery. 

The class is suited for all levels, including those who have never experienced yoga. All you need is an open mind, a yoga mat and a love for beer. 

Float Yoga

Swap your mat for a Salti Float! Yoga at the pool!

It's also a bit of a laugh and a good way to cool off!

In my signature workshop I share my tools for de-stressing using yoga. I offer these workshops privately in group or corporate settings as well as publicly. Keep an eye out for a session near you.

Bridal party yoga

Your wedding day is one of the biggest events in your life. So starting your special day with breathing exercises to lower stress levels, followed by yoga and meditation can help calm the nerves and set you up for a mindful day that you will never forget. Yoga on your wedding day can help you stay within the present moment, feel more connected and grounded, and relaxed! Groomsmen yoga - Broga

Just like Bridal yoga, the groomsmen don't have to miss out! While the ladies are being pampered, how about a yoga sesh to calm those nerves before a round of golf and a beer? We can even incorporate the beers during the bending. Yoga can help reduce any stress on your wedding day, we'll work through some breathing exercises, stretch out and a short meditation to prepare you for your big day.

Corporate Yoga

Like most Canberra people, I had my stint as a public servant working for the Australian Government, so I know that corporate yoga is a great way to allow your staff to destress, increase energy, improve concentration, overall moods and the ability to respond calmly in stressful situations.

Your organisation benefits from the increased productivity, mood enhancement and from the strong team relationships built during and after the sessions. Corporate yoga can be done in board rooms, at a nearby park or a venue that suits your needs.
